Need to make a more stable top. I thought I broke it when I first went to spray it

I had high hopes for this store, but unfortunately, it has been a huge letdown. First, the delivery was way slower than expected. I ordered over a week ago, and it took much longer than the estimated time to arrive. When the package finally came, I was shocked by how poorly it was packed—just thrown in a flimsy box with zero care for protection, which led to a damaged bottle. The perfume itself didn’t even match the description on the website. It smells nothing like what was advertised, and I’m genuinely disappointed with the quality. I tried contacting customer service multiple times, but they were unhelpful and slow to respond. When they finally did reply, it was to tell me there’s nothing they could do. Overall, I’ve had a terrible shopping experience and won’t be purchasing from this site again. If you value good customer service, quality products, and timely delivery, I suggest you look elsewhere.
