Item arrived in perfect condition as reported by seller.

Everything arrived well boxed and earlier than expected

Wanted to return this. Seller did not offer to pay return freight. Return freight was $260 for a $149 item.

They delivered boxes at separate time but kept me informed.

Extremely unpleasant and concerning. The Angi assembly guy was trying to get us to cancel the assembly part of our order and to pay him directly. Then he went further to say that Walmart did not charge you enough and that he wanted 3 time more. When we disagreed he canceled our scheduled assembly.

If negative reviews were an option thats what would be given. Walmart should be ashamed to sell this company on their site. The chair is incomfortable and has a loud motor sound- not relaxing. Trying to return and it has been over a month of back and forth emails. All of which they respond to with lying. Label they sent for one box only not both. Said UPS will generate the second there. Nope! Not true. Tried tp go ahead and send one and ask for another label and UPS says this label is not valid. It doesnt exist in our system. Kind lady tried it multiple times. Seller then told me to try another UPS store. Go to Fed Ex they said next. Nope cant mail two boxes with one UPS label that isnt valid. Then seller suggested I sell it to family, a friend or neighbor... What kind of family, friend or neoghbor sells you a bad chair! Still fighting the battle save yourself the time and money and avoid this Seller! Honestly this is the first bad review Ive given and it took them to drive me to it.

Delivered product as described. Completely satisfied

I tried to return this item. They were no help I finally gave up. Will not do business with them again.

Worst customer service ever! They gave me a fake UPS return label. I’m getting the run around trying to return this item! Horrible!!!!
