I was told my first order was canceled with no explanation so I submitted a second order expecting the charge for the first order would be removed from my credit card. It was not. Then my second order arrived AND my first order which I was told had been canceled also arrived!!!! I was charged for both orders which affected my budget in a negative way. I know I could have returned one order but that is a hassle I should not have had to deal with at such a busy time so I just kept both orders, but I am VERY unhappy about it.

You need to check expiry dates and not try to get rid of old stock on unsuspecting customers.

Pet was unavailable at the Walmart store but the seller advised us to order online. Pet was delivered in 2 days!

Don't know much about the seller I ordered this off Walmart's website however the item came very quickly and was delivered on time.

Because I paid $3 above MSRP they used a heat gun to remove the sticker which melted the packaging. Would have rather they blanked the sticker out or used a proper removal technique.

They sent me the wrong doll, completely different doll than I order. Do not recommend.

Description accuracy is incorrect. The item I received wasn’t even close to the item I ordered.
