This item arrived with the top completely undrilled and could not be fully assembled. When I reached out to them via email, they asked for proof of purchase which I immediately provided and they stopped responding. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service. And a product that cannot be used.

These arrived quickly, and they are sturdy and looked really nice the first couple of days, but I don’t feel like the seller was honest about them being weather treated. I live in a high humidity state that has all 4 seasons, we have below zero winters and 100 degree summers so I know how to weather proof pretty much anything out of necessity, and it became clear that these are just raw cedar within hours of watering the plants for the first time
