As I put in my Walmart post, there is no way to contact Nicewell through Walmart’s website to get four pieces that were missing. So I can’t finish the shoe rack. There also isn’t a way to contact Nicewell or the manufacturer through the instructions. Hoping this will prompt someone to fix this system. I don’t want to return the whole thing, just get the parts.

The seller didn't respond. I've dealt with sellers out of other countries before, including China, and have never had an issue with them responding. This seller chose not to respond. The recommended wait time after messaging is 48 hours. Because of the time difference, I gave them 96 hours. Still no response about missing pieces and the dangers of the sharp ends.
