communication has been delayed the sizes are about 2 sizes bigger then what they say

I need to return my order,but no one will get back to me .What do I do?

To me, the pants are thin and it's not as wide as the picture is. So I'm kind of disappointed but I gave the pants to my kids.

Way way to small..not american size but chinese/japanese size

Sleeves are too short! Zipper and stop have come apart and the zipper itself has come off. It does help keep cold and rain out and off clothing under the jacket.

I don't feel that the sizing is accurate. I ordered a size larger because the sizing from China tends to be smaller. However, the items received feel restrictive and still do not fit as well as they should.
