I LOVE this product! I did initially on this 2nd order get a bad batch or something happened to it in shipping, where it was hardened and unusable, but they were honorable and quickly replaced it. Even in this arctic winter, it's going the job to keep my skin soft and nourished. FYI - I'm 72 and if i went a week without moisturizer my skin would be considered dry and longer sensitive. I'm prone to allergies and dermatology reactions to scents and detergents. I never use regular soap on my skin, especially face. i;ve tried others that were okay, but wanted one that was more pure of hidden chemicals. This cream is so so so good! creamy, love the mild natural scent and so smooth and absorbent.

Walmart described the item accurately. The company packed the bottles in non-breakable containers and put those into boxes that had packaging materials to absorb shocks and possible falls. All of the bottles arrived in perfect condition.
