No response to my messages. I purchased a Fitbit 12/15/25 and it stopped working 30 days after. BH EXPRESS SOLD me the Fitbit that was advertised as new but Fitbit Co. stated the warranty expired in 2023. They will not repair or replace. I bought it online through Walmart. They will not honor the warranty either. BH Express is a third party seller for Walmart. BEWARE SCAM COMPANY! I’m out $130. I guess lesson learned.

Totally ripped me off! Seller sent me the wrong merchandise. No reply yet. Was told FedEx would come pick up at my house. No, I was given a label to print and bring to a FedEx location, 26 miles away. Still not available for tracking, and I can't get a refund until it's returned. Terrible. I shop online since I live in a very rural area, 80 miles from stores. It's very inconvenient and disappointing.

Seller sucks. AI "customer service" that refuses to let you talk to a person for mitigating circumstances. Basically no customer service at all. I'll never buy anything online from Walmart again. Very disappointing.
