Sent wrong item. Ordered conditioner and shampoo was sent. This so called “shampoo” was watered down and smelled horrible! Item was returned! Sketchy seller

Shipping was great, but the item didn't meet our expectations. I think the wax was old because it was barely scented and what scent was there smelled nothing like it did when i bought it from the store

Buyer beware. The contents of the product I ordered from this seller are not what are supposed to be inside the bottle. I have a bottle of the product I purchased from Ulta of the supposedly exact same item which is how I was able to compare. The product from Ulta works great. The contents of the bottle I received from this seller is pure alcohol or some other liquid. It does not smell or feel anything like the product I have purchased numerous times from reputable companies.

This brand is everything to me. I buy their stuff as often as I can and never regret it. I got this one on accident thinking it was one that I later found out has been discontinued. I was bummed to find out they no longer make the one I was seeking but super excited to try out one I had no used before.
