I really didnt have inter action w them. I ordered and it came about a week later.

I pulled the level out of the package and one of the end caps fell on the floor. I picked up the end cap and turned the level up to it back in and the other end cap fell out. Couldn't get either end cap to stay in without tape or glue. I returned the item because it was very cheaply made.

It took a little while to get it but other than that no issues.

I did not like waiting and then not receiving the item.
