Seller sent the Silverware organizer tray without the knife blocks. Seller knew in advance that the tray did not have them because it is very clear on the original box's picture that there is no block. Contact seller and asked for the missing block to be shipped but he gave me the alternative to return it. I ask him for a partial refund and I am still waiting for it. This is false advertisement. In the title of item he is selling it is clear that the tray comes with the knife block but he never intended to send them in that way and the proof is very simple because I realized that there were also, several more people who had the same problem. He never correct the problem, he clear has never had the intention to correct the problem because there was no block to begin with. That is very deceiving and I really do not like to be deceived because I work hard for my money and my money is earned with an honest work.

They was fast delivery. The product was according to what the describe.
