the first 2 foxwell 809bt car code scanners with blue tooth,, that i ordered . The reset screens were blank . sent bothback to walmart..back to back. seems there quality control is very lacking..ordered the third one with the plug in only. and it works great. it does more than i will ever be able to use. or understand. it gets really high tech .. when yu get one That works properly.

They charged me 559.00 dollars for my scan tool and a week after I bought it they are selling them for 200 plus the scan tool sucks my truck was in limp with a loss b kengine power mode and the scan tool repeatedly stated there was no code

i am having trouble with it.......k thought you buy a tool and get it and use it.......well not the case with this it is advertised as having all the stuff to work on BMW autos.....well i got it and not ready to use ....need to down load from internet to make it work. i am not a computer genius so struggled to make it work. foxwell fpr help but must have tried the wrong store cause guy said i need to talk to the store it came from...real heplfull......anyway weather is to cold to mess wirh car .....way to much trouble guess i might have to return scanner.......i found another web site that has programing all installed might give them some business........unhappy ,,,,,RW

I contacted customer service to request a price adjustment, noting that the item had not yet been delivered. The only options provided were to refuse delivery in person and repurchase at the lower price, which was not feasible, or to accept the shipment, request a return, and send it back at the company’s expense before repurchasing. Both options introduce unnecessary delays, logistics, and frustration. From a business standpoint, this process is inefficient and counterproductive, increasing handling costs, return shipping expenses, and the risk of loss in transit. Rather than resolving the issue cleanly, the policy creates friction for the customer and additional cost exposure for the company, reflecting a poorly designed post-purchase process.

Great packaging and case to protect the auto scanner.

Shipped fairly quickly but having a lot of trouble trying to return it.

Product registration, firmware updates and the "free" subscription were very smooth, probably because they were automated. I contacted them with a question regarding upgrades and what they would cover. No answer after several days.
