Everything was good with the seller. Got exactly what was pictured and described and shipped pretty quickly.

I haven’t had any problems concerning these drill bits, but with another order, the item itself. After bringing it to the attention of the “Customer Service Area” in our local store, everything went well. The original shipped item didn’t have a receipt, however using the shipper’s stickers, found on the box ,I was given a returned receipt, with the funds returned to my account within a comfortable time frame. I have had further situations with our local store, but found its employees, as well as its manager “Anthony”, quite helpful and polite. Thank You!

product came with several missing pieces incorrect gloves could not return this to the store because of that issue don't recommend
