I rarely take time out of my enjoyable retirement schedule to write a review of utter praise about a company I purchased a product from online. However, their excellent, thorough, and quick communications, their friendly service, their courteousness, and their concern for their customer’s complete satisfaction is more than worthy of the wonderful words I can write about ‘East TN Bargain Center’, a Pro Seller with Walmart online.
I went to Walmart online to purchase a bathroom sink faucet. I found the one I wanted and Walmart’s website indicated that is being ‘sold by and shipped by’ one of their trusted Pro Sellers, called ‘East TN Bargain Center’. I discovered that this company had high approval marks and very positive reviews, so I went ahead and ordered the faucet.
A few moments after ordering I had some questions about the item I selected, the delivery date, and more. I reached out to them and hoped that this Pro Seller would actually view my message within 24 hours and find the time to respond back to me within 24-48 hours. To my amazement, ‘East TN Bargain Center’ actually got back to me within FIVE minutes after I wrote the message! Not only that, the several communications we had back and forth were quick, fabulous, thorough, and filled with total concern for my complete satisfaction with this purchase from them. I must say that I had never encountered such a fabulous and caring seller of a product on Walmart, or anywhere else for that matter. ‘East TN Bargain Center’ simply wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my purchase.
After our communications were completed with my total satisfaction, I was amazed when I got an email within an hour or so stating that my product was just shipped and actually on its way to me. Needless to say, I was thrilled.
I then did something I had never done before. Even though I really did not have a need or desire to purchase anything else that day, I actually found myself clicking on Walmart’s link to the ‘East TN Bargain Center’ website/store to see what other items they sell. I went to their site because of their ability to connect with customers like me, along with their true desire for complete customer satisfaction. These qualities actually stimulated my true desire to purchase other products from them. To my delight, I discovered that they sell a numerous number of other types of items that I could certainly use, if not now, then certainly in the future.
I did, in fact, receive the bathroom sink faucet and it is fabulous. The delivery was quick and the box was brand new and unopened upon deliver.
Thank you, ‘East TN Bargain Center’, for instilling the faith back into me that quality companies that strive to do all the right things for their customers still exist. You guys made my day!
