I know there were weather issues that caused a delay. You have my money and you put in writing the delivery date. But the printer showed up at my door 4 days late. Not one email or text with delivery status. One day later and the printer would have been on my front porch for 5 days in freezing temperatures. I don’t think I will order with your company again.
