The item was great- love it. Accurate description. Easy to assemble Communication- fair. It was shipped in 2 separate deliveries and this was not communicated at all. It took quite awhile to track down why I had only received 1/2 the order. Seller did respond quickly once the inquiry was initiated. Once that was clarified and I received both parts, very happy with the item. Would recommend it

Purchase has been a disaster. Req delivery 12-29 to 1-03, we were going out of town for the holidays. Started receiving notices delivery in separate pieces beginning 12-23 delivery would be made. I made calls to Fed Ex to get deliveries held. This was terrible as we were leaving early a.m. 12-23. Once received 3main pieces damaged 1-8-19. Started emailing Holliwell to get new pieces they instructed to send photos, I did several times. They stated not received. I then made contact to Support@lghm.vip as noted on manual in different box. Same response from them. I had my daughter try sending with her phone, same thing. I went to library to make sure I was doing correctly they said yes. Holliwell gave me 2 other emails to forward photos(one was 50 characters long) response was no such domain. another was Springflowerses@outlook.com (not valid). I sent an email if this wasn't resolved I was cancelling order. My niece came to my house took photos from her Iphone and emailed photos to Holliwell with CC: to me . I received on my end immediately. No answer from Holliwell for 2 more days. Holliwell finally said they would send replacement which took several more days, I received yesterday. I did dispute the charges on my credit card, and will not consider reversing until my stand is put together and I know all is well. Either Walmart or Holliwell can make arrangements for someone to put this together at your expense, because of all the delays. I have wasted a month from time this was ordered until now and no further ahead. This has been extremely exhausting and totally ruined my holidays. I also need a mailing label to return the damaged pieces that are in a box. Box is extremely heavy and has been sitting on my front porch for 2 days. Thought I would be able to send back when replacement came and they said not order a label and delivery instructions for the return. Someone needs to step up and get this issue resolved. I ordered and paid in good faith, liked the looks of item and have gone through a month of crap dealing with the issues.

This is the first time I’ve used walmart.com for furniture. I got my order soon and there was no damage to the box the dresser came in

product arrived damaged, contacted several times with no response

it was packaged great but the shipper dent a side which resulted in a cracked corner of item/piece 16. we will see how fast it gets replaced.

We love our new fireplace!! The assembly is intense so know that but we seriously love it and use it everyday.

no instructions what so ever, took forever to figure out how it went.

4 dresser drawer inadequately provided with too small nails to white strip drawer tabs; drawers are not flush; drawers and white stripes fall down on top of each other; the top portion of the screws used to secure the white dresser drawer tabs are too small the white tabs just fall flat; terrible product!
