Got a notification just before delivery was expected that the scarf was going to arrive a day late. That was disappointing, but I really appreciated the quick notification %26 the accurate new arrival date. In the past I’ve had orders from other places that I did not get of the date change %26 just was left hanging by the post box. I’ve had others that say the order WAS DELIVERED TODAY but not had it arrive until 1 or 2 days later. Also I appreciate that you used a carrier whose employee knew how to follow delivery instructions. It is so aggravating to walk out %26 find a package lying in the yard after reading a notice that says it was delivered to the porch when even a photo message shows it wasn’t. Thank you for your excellent service.
