The only thing keeping me from giving this seller just one star is that the tests work. I purchased 4 test kits to restock my home and all expire in November! I contacted the seller and they state that the CDC says the kits are good for three months past the expiration date. So I’m at a loss if I don’t use all of them by February. This is like buying milk at the grocery store with an expiration date of the same day. Do not purchase even one more kit than you actually need at the time of purchase from 360 Health Services.

There are 2 different versions of these. In one, the test tube is already filled with the test solution. The other version requires you to place the liquid in the tube before starting. It seems random which version you will receive. Obviously, the pre-filled is one less step, but either set is good.

This third-party seller, 360 Health Services, was slow to ship and even slower to respond to my inquiry regarding status of my delayed order. I ordered a covid-19 test that, according to my order confirmation, should have been delivered in two days. Instead, I received a message that the delivery was being pushed back by a day...two days in a row (with no explanation). Then all updates regarding the delayed shipment stopped, so I looked at the tracking of the package only to see that it had been delayed yet another (3rd) day. The seller only responded to me after delivery finally occurred and offered no explanation, apology, or corrective action for the delayed delivery. No attempt to satisfy the costumer was made. No responsibility for the poor service was acknowledged. Adversely, the response was very short and felt quite rude. I had originally inquired about canceling the order since I had to obtain a test elsewhere since there was no clear date of delivery at that point. It felt very intentional that the seller waited until the item finally delivered before bothering to respond at all. Beware of this seller! I will certainly steer clear of them for any future purchases.
