This reseller advertised specifications (battery health of 90% or better), but when the product arrived it had a battery health of 82%. I reached out to the seller to see if I could have a substitute device sent out with the minimum specifications and it was declined. It was suggested that I return the device for a refund. This appears to be a "bait and switch" type situation and would avoid this company.

Compré un iPhone 14 pro 256 gb remanufacturado en calidad premium pero el vendedor me envió un iPhone con la pantalla quebrada, el celular tenía un rayón grande (cuando la calidad era premium y debía estar en casi perfecto estado), la batería estaba al 88% (cuando tenía que estar por encima de 90%), no tenía garantía (cuando prometían una garantía de mínimo 1 año) y procedí a devolverlo.

I purchased an unlocked iPhone 13, which is designed to be compatible with any carrier upon activation. However, I received a notification indicating that there was an outstanding balance on the device that needed to be settled before the phone could be transferred. It appears that the seller misrepresented the status of the phone to facilitate the sale. If I had the option, I would rate this experience lower than one star.

This was not in “like new” condition. It’s supposed to be free of noticeable scratches. This scratch is hard not to see, it’s deep and right in the middle of the screen. My 5 year old phone has less noticeable scratches than this phone. False advertising here, very dissatisfied customer. Walmart needs to do better.
