Yall shipped me the wrong item and now I can’t even return it. I want my correct item or my money back

sent me the wrong item they didn't send this one to me.

The description is bare bones and shows the product colored with names for the different colored variants but tell you nothing about how to make it those colors nor is there anything in the packaging that even gives a hint towards how to do it, and if those are variants of the same product there is no indication of how to find them since even their own website makes finding this product a chore in and of itself. The directions for assembly are the definition of half done. There are no directions for care and maintenance of the product so unless you are already experienced with such products you're just winging it. All in all this seller fails at every level of product management and customer satisfaction.

I would have never bought this, had I known it can't be recharged or ability to replace batteries. Maybe I got a faulty product? waist of $. can't use!

It is easy to clean, flexible, not to loud, multiple speeds, glowing light(speed, on/off), the charger port is at the bottom. Easy to use.

the item that I bought don't even work it won't charge it won't nothing going to have to throw away I want a refund but nobody give me a refund
