Very good communication regarding how long it was going to be before it would ever arrive. It took TOO LONG! AND, after Waiting such a Long Time to receive this Rubber Chicken via Shipping, I would say that it's as hard as a rock, but it may be even harder than a rock. It's not soft like the floppy one purchased in store.
