i didnt communicate with the seller. hard to rate someone that you didnt communicate with. as far as the shipping and everything it was great.

I didnt need to reach out for anything. Shipping was superfast and ontime

Walmart did not advertise the item correctly. It was advertised as a 50 watt when it was actually a 60 watt. I like having the 60 watt better eventhough it was not advertised correctly

the speaker has a short battery life it doesn't match the battery life that is written in the advertisement

They were delivered on time and that's where the good stuff ends. There is no bass or treble adjustment and the treble is so high that is causes static noise from day one out of the box. I went to register them so i could get assistance and possibly not have to return them but you must Type in the Authentication code to prove they are legit Monster brand and there was no Authentication code in the box like the website says. When i called the Monster support they said these are knock offs not legit. So watchout even Walmart is selling knock offs with the brand name on them. these were totally trash dont buy them.

I had no issues. The item arrived on time as specified.
