dishonest! they sold me a product that didn't have all the stuff. they didn't needed. The hand warmer did not come with a power bank. that is absolutely ridiculous! why would I buy a hand warmer that does not have a power pack?

The online description said a battery pack is included. There is not a battery pack. A note in the package specifies there is not one included.

Item arrived quickly. This bag will not last a long time, but is easy to use and should last a couple of years. The pockets are small, so will not hold many adult shoes as photo seems to indicate.
