The worst online purchase I've ever experienced. Walmart allows them to third party sell products and then refuse to allow returns for this seller. My purchase was unopened and never used.

great massage chair for smaller living spaces. could be used in place of a lazy boy chair. the massage rollers and air bags are not that strong on the back, shoulder, and neck area is not very strong but gets the job done. The one issue that i had was that the delivery and the condition of the box. The box was really damaged and some parts of the chair was exposed. i was really concerned that the whole chair was damaged, but when i completely unpacked the chair. it was easy to assemble and the chair had no damage. i give the chair itself 5 stars. 4 stars is only for the badly damaged delivery box. would recommend to family and friends.
