Item description did not mention that the joy cons were a third party product and missing features of the standard Nintendo joycons such as Amiibo support.

It was terrible. It has problems connecting and staying connected. Then you can’t turn it off to try and reconnect it. You have to wait til the battery dies.

Controller battery no longer took charge after 1 month. Waste of money. Do not buy!!!!

I would like to return this as it is non-functional doesn’t charge doesn’t operate.

I would not recommend this controller when I take it off the charger it literally just stops working like there will be light on the controller, but the buttons won’t even work I have to literally wait until it goes dead to use it again

when I received the controller from my Xbox console the box was open and there was a piece missing the back and it won't work with my console for some reason and they won't give my wife back the refund because I said a piece was missing but that's the way it came. thank you

shipped it within a reasonable time frame, came in a box and plastic packaging and with instructions. good seller.
