Arrived on time, but received item that was not described correctly. NOT live aquarium plant

it won't let me sent pics but the stiching is loose and frazeled and there is a spot were it is thin. see through.

The bands are great but the metal connectors from the original band do not fit these bands. They are too large. They need to send new connectors that fit

We received a bootleg in a damaged package. Our son was so disappointed!

We ordered 2 magnetic fly screens. We received an e-mail stating that one screen was shipping with an increased price from $45 to $90. We had to contact Walmart, Chat, and because of the confusion, we decided to cancel the order. Two days later both screens arrived. We are still checking about the pricing problem. Quality of the product was not the question; it was the disappearance of the one screen, the increase in price, and the failure to deliver the product in a timely manner.
