My first time to use this seller, so far it’s good.

I looked high and low to find a source for this Airpot part, but no luck. I was sure I'd have to go to specialty parts dealers; none of the ones I found had the part in stock. This was a real problem for our church which, like most churches, counts on having coffee after every service. When I finally discovered the part was listed at Walmart, instock, without any charge for shipping, I was amazed! Walmart saved us. Apparently coffee matters to them, too!

This OEM product was delivered quickly. In fact, of all the retailer I surveyed Commercial Kitchen Direct offered the best service.

The product was exactly what I needed and got to me quicker than what I was first told, which was so fortunate for me. It was a little more pricey than some of the other places, but the other places did not have it in stock.

The thermostat I received was an exact replacement for my old one. I am very satisfied..
