poor shipping and packing the cartridge short side down, contrary to the instructions on the box that show long side down. Plus no bubble wrap at bottom to shock absorb. This resulted in one small, delicate piece falling off the cartridge's short side that was tricky for me to put back in place. Last I checked, I wasn't on their payroll.

The ink cartridge is small and compact, but after it is sent out, the ink marks are clear, and the fonts printed out with light ink fragrance are clear. I like this product very much
