First use of the bag , the chain broke in two areas . The center links unattactched and the bigger link that connects to the purse broke as well . Here you can see the two broken areas of the long chain on the bag. Please can you send a new long chain? It’s gold

This seller has sent me the same purse in the wrong color twice. I need Navy Blue and I keep receiving Black even though it shows that black is out of stock.
