HZL Group are unpleasant, unprofessional and simply awful. I got an extremely rude, and aggressive email for returning one of the two products we purchased within the agreed timeframe. This product was unused, and returned as an unopened box. Furthermore- I quote " Is this call robbery?" I was called a thief and accused of theft.
