I was sent a unit on a regular box (not retail packaging). It was owned by the internet company frontier, meaning it was not a unit meant to be sold. It was not functional, it actually bugged my whole network and now it thinks my internet is provided by frontier (it is not, i have xfinity). Upon calling EERO support they told me this unit was not for selling for the general customer, and that frontier had them blocked. Eero also said that this unit may have been stolen since frontier does not sell their units to the public but rather rents them to their customers. I am disappointed that walmart would allow this to occur.

This particular unit didn't work. It may just be a lemon.

They were very negligent in filling this order because out of the order 1 was what I ordered, but the other was completely different and would not work.

If you are looking for an exact replacement for an item do your research in advance.

Never got back to me with a resolution after both e-mailing and calling them. The phone number provided goes directly to voicemail today!!
