The grabber works well! It is a little heavy in use from the horizontal going to the vertical position! The extra reach advantage far outweighs th slight weight problem!

I ordered this for my sister who has hip problems, so it works great when she needs something off the floor or even things that are too high for her to reach. I may just order one for myself. It's very sturdy and very well made! I received the very next day, so that was a big plus!!!

Unfortunate it broke right after I got it. One side of the clamping mechanism bloke right at the place where it moves from. I never squeezed it too hard and I wasn’t trying to lift anything but a small dry towel so I think it was defective from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, I am disabled and could sure use another one in replacement of this.
