Shipping and handling was great. Reviews were great. Description of the iron was misleading to me. It said for short hair but the barrel of the iron was very long, way too long for my short hair and even my head. Yes, it is only 1/2 inch barrel which usually is used for short hair. But the barrel being so long makes it impossible to use on short hair.
