I ordered two Transformers Studio Series 86 Sludge Dinobot Transformers from this seller. I received a case of hot pink flagging tape instead, but that's not what I am actually here to complain most about. I contacted them to inform them of the error, and also informed them that I am a collector, so I stated that I would return their tape and would like the Transformers quickly sent to me securely packaged in a rigid box. Again, I mentioned that I am a collector because I wanted them to understand that the condition of the contents is important to me. They did finally send the correct items, along with a return label for the flagging tape that they sent me erroneously. However, they used the flimsy box that Transformers are originally shipped in, but worse than that, they literally taped the return label to the tops of both Transformers boxes inside the package.... To add insult to injury, after they taped the label to the tops of the Transformers boxes, they wrote a note on the back of the label, which left a permanent impression of their handwriting on my Transformers boxes. Thus, to any collectors out there, if you actually manage to receive the correct item the first time, don't expect to receive it in good condition. As I stated, I told them I am a collector and I wanted it shipped in a rigid box. If I had been in their shoes, already having made a major error, I would have double boxed it, and definitely would not have put a note on the top of both boxes using wide packing tape as they did. this tells me that they do not understand the collecting market or do not care about their customers. I will not buy from them again, and I recommend that you do not either. On a side note, I didn't realize that I was buying from them in the first place because I thought Walmart was fulfilling the order. It's my bad for not looking closer.
