Pool Parts To Go

Not too sure if I accidentally ordered the wrong item or if they just replaced it with what they had. I thought I ordered this pump with the automatic start and stop. The one I received isn’t automatic. I was reading about the water levels start and stop and then ordered. Not sure whose mistake but maybe the receipt description should be a little more clear.

I would like to see how long it's going take to return it

It’s not got any holes for screws and I don’t know which ones go where

Poor customer service and product representation.Not only were vital pieces missing, but it was used and not new. The original shipping and former return labels all still intact on a very damaged package. So damaged I had to source my own materials to make a box to fit the remaining pieces to be able to ship back accordingly. I would have been fine with a used product without defects and all pieces included. I refuse to accept or tolerate that bit along with poor customer service. I reached out to seller twice via email and through the Walmart app with no response.

The worse. Broke after 4 months, manufacturers warranty wont oay for shipping. $180.... pump was only $200. Ony used pump dor 5 hours a day. crap...crap..

looks like a great pool ladder. I'll have to ask the people they delivered it too (over a thousand miles away) I want my money back
