I asked again for the instructions on how to reset the device and we got an email on where to send the instructions. This is crazy. Just send the instructions. I dislike that the product failed when I attempted to use it. Surely, the maker could have tested the product by stretching it over a saddle. Had they done this at the factory, it would have failed there and they could have stitched it properly.

I thought it was going to come on the Aug 8 but came early. And the color brown was darker color brown but little bit lighter color chestnut brown. Might used it on another doll chestnut brown color. Oh well. Thanks anyways.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Seller shipped wrong item. They refused to take it back saying it would cost too much shipping. They offered me a 5% refund to keep it. They then offered me 20% and finally 40%. I accepted. I am tired of going back and forth with them. Walmart will do nothing about this because it is a marketplace seller. I will not be purchasing anything from marketplace sellers again. i will be cutting this item up and putting it in the trash. It is as useless as this seller.
