already got my credit on my other item that I returned, nowadays and days are going by in this company hasn't even sent me one email or anything so I would say not very good at all.

Terribly unprofessional. I contacted because the shoes were too small and they stunk really badly. They contacted me back and said they would give me a "partial" refund if i didn't return the shoes. When I said no, that they were too small and I couldn't use them, they replied with "Then give them to a friend" and when I took them to Walmart to return them, the seller had marked them as already returned somehow, so I had to call customer service several times to finally be able to return them. Horrible seller...PLEASE don't buy from this seller. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I've been through.

Asked many times for tracking info since it showed on walmart it was supposed to be here contacted walmart because seller wouldn't even acknowledge i was sending him messages after walmart finally got a message through I was TOLD to wait a couple days still never gave tracking info I emailed several times after requesting same info never got an email back for it to never even be labeled at upsp just an update on their site saying manifest label was printed for 3 weeks it is ridiculous do not buy from this seller they really need to be removed from walmart all together!

Took longer than normal but good quality and sizing for my 85%23 GS. Increased his memory and manners.

Got shipped halfway across the country and back before I got it. What should have taken three business days turned into three weeks.
