The Microwave Wall Mount or Rack came very quickly after ordering it!

This was the worst experience of my life. I was expecting the bed shown in the listing. For $69.54 I got a box of parts. bait n switch.

overall item is beautiful but there's no instructions,theres one ball that doesn't have a hole and I don't have a tool for it. Waiting for an answer if they will send me a replacement of the ball.

my customers don't like the jingobell music of it when it is done. They also hate the zzzz sound of it while working. The tens unit section where you put the patch on someone doesn't work well. I don't like the fact that I cannot connect my other tens cord to it due the shape of the port that is different from all the other devices. That is why I want to return it. I paid almost $100 for it. Walmart said it was a free return, why am I getting $74 refund for it? Thanks for your response.

Horrible product. Not even basic instructions provided and the customer service is terrible. Refunding as I leave this comment.

Item arrived earlier than expected. It was securely and nicely packaged. I would definitely purchase from NU AGE again. The only thing NU AGE didn’t do was tell me how much I would love their products! :)
