Received the item late. Then when putting it together the bolts and washers were in correct size. The wrench included was the wrong size. And once I got it together the carriage bolts had stripped the metal and the entire thing was still loose. After it being a disaster to begin with I tried putting it in my 36” door frame only to realize the item was for a 32” door. Couldn’t get the bolts out and in order to ship back for a refund I had to MacGyver a dog food box to send it back. Their return service is less than lacking. The entire experience was a complete failure. For some reason it’s becoming a pattern with items ordered. Not sure if I’m receiving items wrong for funsies or what but I am not impressed. Do not recommend.
