I was informed on status but you shipped a broken item. Person dropped plastic container full of screws and shattered container. They they wrapped it in plastic and tape and shipped it that way to me. Missing bit drivers and screws! Very disappointed!

I wish they had packaged the plastic boxes in the heavyweight wrapping like this last time. All the screws were intact, and we didn't have to trash the plastic containers.
