Bargains by Mail

Everything was arriving on time and the package was in perfect condition.

I purchased the Sanitzer as a present for my wife's upcoming birthday two weeks away. I gave my wife the Sanitizer, and she asked that I return it, too difficult for her to open it, taking both hands. I did not figure out how to return it, and went to a local WalMart. They told me I purchased the product through Walmart Market Place, and all they could do was give me instructions how to return. I struggled, but finally sent a return request. Immediately I received a response from "Bargains by Mail." advising me I was over the allowable timelines. I wrote back the reason why I was late given purchase early before my wife's birthday. Bargains by Mail wrote back, over times, can't return. I asked for a phone number. Bargains by Mail wrote back, talking to someone would do no good, I'm over the 15 day allowable return time line. I don't think Bargains by Mail is a good source to purchase something if there is a problem.

I am currently working with the seller for a refund so that I may purchase another device

They sent me a completely different item than what they listed. Wouldn’t shop with them. Save yourself the time and hassle of processing a refund.

It developed a leak and I can't find it to try to repair it. I purchased it in March and didn't use it for awhile when I did it worked great for a couple months. Like I said it's developed a leak and I can't find it.

The buying process was easy the shipping is what stinks was stuck in a loop for almost a week before it was finally delivered
