It came with an information booklet about care and maintenance about the treadmill but there was no contact information. I did buy 3 year insurance plan. It's easy to use and lightweight. My only issue is I am tall so higher handles for support would have been helpful but I can manage to use it. All in all for the price I am satisfied with it

After we assembled it it worked fine and I did two 5-minute walks over two days. The third day. It wouldn’t even power up and we haven’t been able to resolve the issue. The manual doesn’t communicate clearly. Disappointing because I like the compact size.
