I sent an email because it wasn't working on WiFi/Remotely however didnt hear back so I contacted them thru the Apps Contact phone %23, he sent me a message via the app 2 upgrade the Firmware %26 it fixed the issue. I can now turn the Bluetooth off on the Phone and control the SwitchBot Bot via WiFi. Thank U!
