Seller was good. Item was nice and lived up to what it said, but the handle protectors slid off thebottom edge of the controllers. The switch doesnt fit into the mount with the back plastic protector on. And the screen wipes suck. They don’t dry, the dry one makes it super streaky, and the lint remover sticker is too small for such a big screen. And the little sticker tabs to carry and apply the protector is also way too small and I dropped my protector. But the screen protector itself seems good quality.

The product is a big bag, not a box, as shown in the photo.

I had no reason to communicate with the seller as the item arrived as stated and send a good value.

Surprisingly lightweight but strong! My 9-ft tree slipped in easily, and the straps keep it snug. The waterproof fabric feels reliable, and it makes storing holiday things way less stressful.
