Item never arrived. Contacted Walmart. Walmart connected with seller. Seller said “item delivered” and showed a picture of my package in a dimly lit/dark area (it was supposedly delivered at approx 3:15 in the afternoon) against a brick wall (my front porch area is stone) After searching around my neighborhood, I informed seller that the package was not delivered to my house, I never heard from them again. Several days later a stranger called our cell phone telling us that their was a package that was in his apartment building lobby for several days and he took the time to “google” us to tell us our package was there, over a mile away and on a street name that could not be mistaken with mine. Bottom line- if I order from Walmart again, I will have it shipped to store. You can blame the delivery service, but seller “ghosting”, essentially saying “it was delivered, not our problem” not good customer service.
