we like the item and it s as described owever it did arrive with a small dent in the front which I was mostly able to smooth out with a spoon, pressing down hard on it back and forth We could have returned it but that s alot of trouble so we chose instead to repair it mostly ourselves.Otherwise we re happy with it.

Easy to install and still working, and nice looking

Received the fan hood as promised. Packaged well, no damage. Install instructions could have included more steps but they had enough information to figure out how to install.

never got item and got the run around and still waiting on a refund . the seller won't do anything and Walmart keeps say they will give a refund but they don't.

Only problem was FedEx driver set box on ground leaning on steps while it was snowing. Box Clearly stated Do not get wet. Covered patio was within 2 feet distance. Box was wet, product was not damaged. A little common sense would go a long way.

Pkg arrived early which was great, very well packaged, loved the template for cutout.

No point or time to even try to reach out to seller. Returned and order another fan through someone else.
