Communication about delivery was good. Had misgivings (confirmed) when package was ROUND. Contour pillow was ROLLED, and stuffed into plastic bag. Expected a stiffer item, NOT completely crushable, like a marshmallow!

I had trouble initially with getting it to work. Turns out my rechargeable batteries had to be fully charged. It works nicely now. Dispenses the right amount, not over sensitive and looks really nice. I have had it only a week so not sure how it will do over time
