This was absolutely the worst experience I have had. I bought this item in Nov 2025, no longer needed this item and went to Walmart.com to start the return in Dec 2025, and was told to reach out to the seller directly. The seller tried to talk me out of returning it and when I refused all of their offers, they referred back to Walmart to complete the return. This finally happened Jan 2026, so I reached out to Walmart, who offered me a full refund without returning the item. Walmart didn't refund the item, so when I followed up with them after the 10 business days they said to wait, making if Feb 2026 and they told me I had to wait to hear back from the seller. Walmart reached out to the seller directly, who refused to process the refund stating the refund window had closed. I reached back out to Walmart who acknowledged the message from the seller and told me they would provide me with a return label within 24 hours and process my refund. I waited 48 hours and never received a label. I reached back out to Walmart and they told me that because the seller said the refund window had closed, they couldn't help me and that I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back despite the fact that I started the return/refund process well within the return window (which Walmart also acknowledged). When I asked Walmart for copies of the chat history that my bank requested, Walmart refused further help. I have filed a dispute and now I have to go through an entire investigation process with my bank.
