It fell on my carpet and broke. I wish it didn’t because I really liked it, but I can’t put it back together. The handle won’t snap back on. It did not fall on the floor. It fell on carpeting. But it really did the job, but I can’t use it anymore. I wish I could return it and get a new one cause I really need it.
