This is the 2nd time I have ordered perms and they have come damaged both times. The boxes were soaked and falling apart. I returned them to my local WalMart. The box they were in for delivery was dry as was the other item in that box, so apparently the perms were damaged prior to the final delivery. Unacceptable! Since this has happened x 2 -- I would suggest you investigate this seller as to their delivery procedure. So sad as this is something I needed, but will never try again from this site. Thank You.
